I don't have anything to hide.. that's why I went ahead to upload the plate number cuz hadn't been I wanted to... I won't have block or blur it.(people do go as far as repainting plate numbers too, cuz nah lies una like to dey hear and see)

Moreover, where did I said it hasn't been painted b4?.. please, kindly show me where I said it's first body?
