In this kind of insecurities you are talking about 35% to be female, oga abeg recruits boys into all the force, increase their salaries by 100% and you will see difference. You don't care about the welfare of force men yet you are expecting miracles from them. Give them good salaries then you will see miracles from them, I did not talk about allowances because their boss will still cheat them but the ones that get to them directly is their salaries, so just increase their salaries drastically that's all and people will be attracted to join the force, it's just a simple arithmetic.

I started applying for both military and para military since 2016 till date I had never been shortlisted.

But if the time comes to send to the front lines, will they send 35% females?

Recruit women into NSCDC and let them go face Boko Haram too.

You can recruit females to do other duties other than being on the frontline. There are some things that females are great at...and some females are not being recruited into Elite Military forces in the US. Israel has a lot of female soldiers as well. We need to diversify, and if the females choose not to apply then that is different. We should not box all men or box all women. Maybe if we had more female bosses, there would be less sexual harassment and sex for promotion...Just saying. This is a good policy. I embrace it fully. Besides, boys have 65% slots to fill up.

After reading the first page, I just stopped. Something is wrong with Nigerians. And I think employing more than 90% women is the solution. Yes. More than 90%....let boys go hustle it out. I won't go further on this. But trust me, this is the solution. Nigerians men are crazy.

We have instances were we have male firefighters manning the control room. If we can have 35% women inclusion into the service those male can add up to the man power of operational fire fighters. We also have public relations unit that doesn't need physicality. Women can also be posted to handle PR while the male firefighters handling such unit would be posted back to operations. There must always be a way to accommodate female inclusion hence the 35% policy if adhered to isn't a bad one.

While the para military should reqruit more women let the military stop reqruutmentof women folks cos it's of no use... Manpower aren't enough for all this situation all over the country and this women all they do is office assistant and administration... We need more of the men for field jobs and protection of VIPs and vulnerable persons....
