Please advise me where to go because it seems this Nin issue is about to frustrate my international passport capturing

I have been trying to get my international passport at the ikoyi passport office for almost one month now, the only process remaining is the enrollment before going for capturing
Unfortunately last two weeks during the enrollment process, the enrollment officer told me my Nin details cannot be verified on their Database that every of my information is blank and not showing so I was ask to go back to the Nin registration centre . On getting to the Nin registration centre at that same ikoyi passport office I was told to fill a form and come back 2weeeks later for my Nin that it will be resolved
Today make it two weeks so I went there this morning only to be told the same thing at the passport enrollment process that my Nin details are still blank on their Database and still can't be verified
Please help me what do I do?

Please how did you go about this NIN issue?
Because I am presently passing through this issue and its frustrating.
Kindly give me an hints on it..
