The Nigerian Police are a real embarrassment to the rule of law and good policing. The job of the Police is to arrest and charge to court let the courts determine guit or innocence. The Nigerian constitution demands that all suspects be presumed innocent until a competent court of law says otherwise

But the Nigerian Police wants to be judge, jury and executioner. You arrested a suspect, branded him a 'notorious kidnapper', publicly paraded him, and subjected him to a media trial. Why?

Why not charge the man to court let the courts decide his fate? Why beging a media show trial? Why parade and brand the man? Why spread 5he man's picture on social media
