The victim has a phone, makes videos, takes pictures, shows his "bullet riddled car" with a foot in boots close to it yet he says he doesn't know where he is!
How did he find his way back to the car? He's shoeless yet someone wearing shoes stands by his abandoned car...he has no one to call but can upload the video and pictures!
Please we are already stressed with the situation, let it not be a means to an end o!
