Finally, somebody sensible. CBN departments that interact with banks should be in Lagos because of proximity to bank's headoffices. It will even help CBN cut travel and hotel expenses when carrying out bank examinations. Government needs to watch costs . 2 Likes |

“The problem we have now is that many employees are children of politically exposed persons and their Abuja life and businesses are more important than the CBN work. “The CBN is just an address for them and if they have to choose between their spoilt Abuja life and the job, they would gladly leave the CBN. This man is the most enlightened Northerner, he has good understanding of Nigeria and he will always say it as it is, the CBN belong to children of big politicians who are enjoying all the luxuries Abuja have in stock as such they prefer to remain in here plus the uncircumcised mumus that come with the idea of Tinubu relocating FCT to Lagos. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Sanusi added: “Moving staff to the Lagos office to streamline operations and make them more effective and reduce cost is a normal prerogative of management. “The problem we have now is that many employees are children of politically exposed persons and their Abuja life and businesses are more important than the CBN work. “The CBN is just an address for them and if they have to choose between their spoilt Abuja life and the job, they would gladly leave the CBN. 5 Likes |

SoNature:that's why northerners don't like him because they don't like political truth. I am not a Tinubu fan but this is a sensible move Lagos economy alone is amongst the top 10 biggest economy in Africa, bigger than Ghana and other West Countries. So because Abuja is a political headquarters, all other agencies must have her head quarters there? The most small-minded big babies in Nigeria is in the Northern. This people fear pass themselves |
