There're better ways of bring him to an upright behavior instead of this humiliation. How many of our thiefing leaders who are daily fleecing with our future and generation unborn have we gathered courage to ridicule in such manner?

This is the problem with ordinary Nigerians, we're too wicked when issues concern our fellow compatriots with minor offenses. It could be a case of hunger, besides how much is the said chicken sold?

From the scars on his body it shows he's has been caught severally and dealt with even to the point of setting him ablaze (see his feet) but has refused to change. This one needs to go to jail for years to cool off. That's the only way he can change otherwise he will advance to armed robbery. He's really damaged and needs to be taken to a correction center.

Exodus 22:1,4 KJV
If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep. [4] If the theft be certainly found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep; he shall restore double.
