Fingerprints investigation should be enough to find the culprits. Unfortunately we don't have proper database and biometry of the population in this country.

When you register a sim, they take finger print,
NIN THEY TOOK FINGER FUCKING PRINT THE WHOLE FIVE FINGERS.
