Ivory coast doesn't deserve the victory because their group stage performance was scandalous, that's the flaw of the best loser system..

Two they will be using the host mentality to play from here on... Like this game now aside from their high press, senegal was actually better on the ball and played with more assurance, civ was just more motivated and the players frequently raised their hands to the fans urging them for more support..

Finally I believe we'd have a higher chance of beating this senegal team than the ivory coast team.. I still don't fear civ though, cause to be honest they aren't good. In west African football, home team dey always dey hard to beat

The ivorian's game today was a clear case of "work like an elephant, but eat like an ant". Yes, they won the game at the end but they were so poor at converting chances. They held possession for most of the game, yet they could only equalize with a penalty. If they should meet Nigeria yet again, their only hope of winning will be taking the game to penalty.
