As at this morning, personnel warrants have not been initiated on GIFMIS. If you’re on IPPIS, I am sorry you’re not getting your salary anytime soon. And yes, this is totally unacceptable. The Accountant General, DG Budget Office and the Minister of Finance should be collectively sanctioned.
.boss will this affect nysc also?

It's during APC regime that I start hearing that federal workers are being owed salary
Their salary usually comes before 30th of every month before
You know there’s trouble when even Abia state civil servants now get their salaries before or on the 28th of every month without fail and federal workers never see shishi.

Serves you right, Kadoso. What am I even saying? You were never a federal civil servant. What is your solution to Nigeria's current insecurities created by Northern Nigerian elites? Of course you don't have any. Go and report me again o.

That they haven't arrested them does not meathat they cannot track them. The ability to track them is different from the will to. Like the late Gen Abacha said, (and I paraphrase) an insurrection lasting more than a few days is driven by "formidable" people. If you no get powerful backing, no go dey talk wetin go bring DSS. Na two subpoena, one to Seun, one to your ISP and you will be in DSS custody

Hehehehe....you have no idea how many people the US have arrested over reddit and Facebook posts. You access Nairaland with a phone or computer that is assigned an IP address by your ISP. The first subpoena is to get Seun to share that IP address. Given that IP address, the other subpoena to your ISP will compel your ISP to reveal your identity and track your location

The rest na just time and trap. I know this because I work for a WISP and we have had to turn over identifying information to the authorities

Good. Now to the one that's not history, don't you think reduction in renumeration of govt officials is a key to seriousness in governance?
For example, senator Shehu Sanni once said senators earn N16m monthly and reps N12m monthly. That's ridiculous in this economy of Nigeria that's still patching up. What about that N160m vehicles bought in October, is that ok to do with our state of economy?
