rofanx13:Has it not been decided at the Supreme Court that the issue of validity of candidate nomination and conduct of primary elections within a party is the party affair? Supreme Court has ruled that primaries are internal party affair and not for the court to decide. Untill when peoples started stoning all these yeye judges in the street before their head go correct, Supreme court will give judgement high court and Appeal court will be overturning supreme court judgement. This high court judgement against that PDP candidate is an Abuse of Power. |
