I wrote about this expected outcome, on a thread, yesterday.

Femi Gbajabiamila is the most impactful House if Representatives member Surulere had ever elected, at least since 1979!

I have lived in Surulere for almost 30 years, Femi Gbajabiamila has had no equal in terms of direct impact on his constituents. If Surulere were a state, Femi Gbajabiamila or anyone he supported would have become Governor, without any fuss.

Fuad Kayode Laguda, a very good man in his own right, benefitted massively from Gbajabiamila's goodwill; and won the election in ALL polling units! QED.

staggered elections no easy to mobilize.. if it was during general elections the results won't be poor for opposition.. this is why we said targeting presidency shouldn't just be it for opposition also target nass Seats

I have been telling people that eyes have opened and people are beginning to see through LP and Obi. The more he seeks attention, the more he exposes his shallowness. People did not have enough time to examine the man and they got swept up in the Euphoria.

Wait till 2027, you will see.

I have said it many times, the man is not strategic, he is an opportunist, what the Americans call a snake oil salesman….a fraud! If he had any sense he would keep quiet between now and 2027…but he has no sense and so he will be demystified by 2027. He won’t get the 6m votes he got in 2023 in 2027.

It was a non contest and a walkover. It will take some selfless disposition and detribalised politicking before APC can be displaced nationwide. In this wise, Atiku and Obi have to give way for fresh candidates.
