If you are buying a land in Lagos just know that when you start foundation,a group of miscreants will come and harrass you for bribe,when you start laying blocks,another group will also come.Each stage of construction will be extorted. Also, family land is a no no.Land grabbers. When you complete your house Lagos State government will come and demolished it and say you built on government land after you have paid money for to the government to erect your house. |
