If I was president I will allocate free land to anyone abroad ready to invest 1m dollar in real estate or manufacturing

Land was allocated to those who were genuinely interested in developing estates in Abuja in the OBJ era. The houses were sold fairly cheaply then to make it easy for civil servants and average people to buy.
