The statement is worst than budget itself. They believe that everybody is ignorant and zombie. typo error occurred but grand total tally, 1.5b is never immaterial in Abia state budget to skip everybody that review the budget until Sahara reporter raised alarm.

As far as SE politics in Nigeria is concerned , corruption by public officers is normal since they all agree that the crooked politician has a right to recoup whatever he spent chasing political officer and also the fact that all their states and local governments rely mainly on federal handouts.
