Interesting development. It's good to see the Nigerian Government taking steps to ensure compliance with rent obligations. Hopefully, this will help maintain order and fairness in the management of properties within Abuja. Let's hope the affected embassies and diplomatic houses respond positively to the notice and settle their dues accordingly.

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) should state the charges in naira.
The FCTA should respect the national currency.

I am sure that the FCTA equivalent in the United Kingdom (UK), for example, state their charges to Embassies and High Commissions in UK pounds.
