See, many of those local government medical doctors that's been there for a fairly long time takes home about a million plus monthly (with allowances). I've not even talked about the extra curricula / locum. Those guys are really cashing out.

Doctors salary under federal for a start is in excess of 350k if the 35k palliative is added.

I wonder how some Governors feel when they hear other states doing well?

A new doctor in Lagos state is still on 200-250k. I just checked. Doubled this is about 500k which is pretty good for entry into the job market for a normative single person

Minimum a Dr should earn in naija is a 5m monthly with the ongoing inflation.
