If we restart fuel subsidies, we will have to borrow 15 BILLION DOLLARS to pay for it.

Last year we borrowed 11 BILLION DOLLARS to pay for subsidies.

The year before that we borrowed 10 BILLION DOLLARS.

By demanding subsidies, you are basically telling your kids and grandkids to take the can for your IDIOCIES in this generation.

After all these billions of dollars have to be paid back.

Is what this government making sense to you who believe the nonsense subsidy removal they claim? What happens when every borrower becomes aware of the policy inconsistency and that this is a country that could default on its laon due to inability to articulate simple issues such that ensure that books are balanced? What happens when no one is willing to lend this government more money since it's neither defending the naira or effectively defending the masses?
