My family and I join the Obidient family, and other well-wishers in sincerely congratulating and celebrating with you, our very dear brother, Governor Alex Otti @alexottiofr, as you mark your 59th birthday anniversary today.

I thank God for your being, and for how you have remained a blessing to our society. Your dedication to duty and commitment to the development of Abia State is visible to all and stands you out.

I am particularly happy that your governance of the State touches on the most critical areas of development. I encourage you to remain ever committed to building a better society and in caring for the people, as we all continue to journey towards the New Nigeria we all desire.

May God who sees your goodness, and commitment to a better Abia State, continue to protect, and bless you and your family always.
