I just transferred money through mobile banking app from my ecobank account to Union Bank account for about 2hours ago but the recipient keep on telling me she hasn't seen the money and I have been debited. Please could it be network issue? I did the transaction for about 2 hours now. But the POS woman said she has not received the money |

Maybe the payment hasn't reflected on her account balance She should not rely on SMS alert. Let her check her account balance. |
