Nnamdi Kanu engages New Legal Team as Trial Begins | #Politicsnigeria

The leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, who is facing terrorism charges from the Federal Government, has opted for new legal representation as his trial resumes at the Federal High Court in Abuja today.

POLITICS NIGERIA gathered that a fresh legal team headed by Alloy Ejimakor will now spearhead Kanu’s defense against the 7-count charges.

The reasons behind the switch from the previous legal team led by Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN and Ifeanyi Ejiofor remain undisclosed.


Despite the change in legal representation, the courtroom is already filled with lawyers and supporters of Kanu, demonstrating solidarity with the Biafra agitation.

Alloy Ejimakor have always being in his legal team. Each lawyer has area of specialisation.
Since he have being mandated by supreme Court to face trials, maybe Alloy Ejimakor is the best in d department of the charges.

Aloy Ejimakor has always been one of Nnamdi Kanu’s Lawyers and has already won several compensation judgment for Kanu
