As i have pointed out in my previous threads, there is so much "not just is" because we are not operating on Law framework but on legal framework.

And legal is perverted and incapable of just is because it is man made and comes from the man or men Ruling a territory whether he is a black bandit eg Mohammed/Boko haram/bandits attacking villages in the north or a white bandit eg. the British/French etc.

And these Rulers are always bandits, thus they never have any.lawful right to rule. Therefore, how can you expect just is and Law from a person who himself is unlawful and did not enter into rule by Law?

So, they cannot give Law nor Just is for in the day they do Law, that same Law will throw them out and can be used to.throw them out.

Which is why we have coups (force) for they came in by coups so coupist have a right to coup them out and The Law will always support them at the first as proven by Niger, Mali, BFaso.

But the coupist are supposed to coup and lay down The Law not legal and by strictly following The Law.

Thus, the fake legal shit known as Constition is already a nullity ab initio; both the ones made and the ones to be made.

All of them will still be a faulure and their makers and users will always find them grossly not sufficient, not effective and puncturable.

And this drew my attention to the fact that there are certain Rights that we have and exercise Under Law which are not spelt out in your Constitutions.

1) Right of Employment and Right to Work:
Without any reasonable doubt, it is proven by nature and natural living that every young adult needs to put in his share and contribution of good work in the place/community where he lives.

And in return, the society via the giver of work gives him something good in return which is called wages or pay to the worker.to enable him live and for him to attend to his natural needs and not die of want and starvation.

Thus, The Law moves and places a burden on a young person to find work and to be given work.

And this is why any person who dares to climb the chair of Rulership has an automatic duty to provide work for his unemployed subjects, whether he likes it or not, for The Law already places a burden on the community to give work to the unemployed.

2) Right to be catered for: .It is from this Law that legal used to create their fake Child Rights Act/CYPA. For since children.cannot work or earn nor are they qualified to, therefore, they must be provided and catered for. Which is why every parent/guardian is powerfullly bound by Law, even to the extent of punishment to cater for their children until they are fit to launch out on their own and provide for thenselves.

Further, this also covers and extends to The Law of Succesion and Inheritance to ensure that strangers (thieves) do not take the property of the ceased. And that such properties must be given and transferred.to the immediate family members of the ceased.

Also, this justifies why begging is allowed and not wrong.

3) Right to walk out from a job: Slavery is never allowed thus, an employee is always free to stop work or refuse to work at any period of time he wishes to.

4) Right to travel and migrate to other lands: Save for family members and employers who even have a limited right to claim, no man has any right to claim ownership of any other man eg Like King Tinubu giving me a pass port called Nigerian Passport is unlawful.

First, Nigeria is not an entity, so it has no authority rather it is the right of a person to claim the land of his birth and from there migrate to other places like a bird.

But because of the abundance of evil, it is right for the foreign land to screen him and determine if he might be evil and harmful to their own land, hence customs and border control is justified.

5) Right to marry: Your constitution did not contain this, therefore, it is unconstitutional to marry one Senator in the oppositon party will say unless the constitution is amended.

But, you all know that it is your right whether the constitution said it or not. So also, the others stated here and not stated here.
