There eis no case here.

1. The plaintiffs did not exhaust the internal mechanisms of the Party in crisis resolution.

2. This is purely an internal affair of a political party. The Court has no requisite jurisdiction thereof.

Until then. Just because these were there doesn't mean anything if the court were to rule in his favor. Wether or not Shuaibu is clueless, we'll find out soon enough

that’s just the direct answer here. Barrister fergie001 has do justice to it. It’s internal affairs of the party and the court of justice doesn’t have any powers to entertain it. INEC amended acts has affirmed it. Shaibu will lose his case in the court of justice

The case here is that certain persons claim that the delegates list used by the PDP was defective.

However, there are similar cases that have been thrashed by higher Courts:-

Friday Iwok & 30 Ors v PDP
Enoghama, Iyore Osagie & Ors v PDP
APC v George Orlu & Anor

All of these cases stand on same pedestal.... Judgements are same and from Superior Courts ... Nothing will change.
