I will always pick Declan Rice over Caceido and this season, Rice has performed better than him.

I am not yet comfortable with Caceido's tackles and his half turn is a suspect. I will evaluate him properly after Popizaino Pochettino leaves my club. For now, Rice is better in my eyes.

There is a reason I rarely use stats to judge players because it is subjective when compared to other players who played same position but have more goals and assist. I use two things to rate players which are eye test on the field of play and then individual awards.
