This matter should have been laid to rest long ago if we had a proper judiciary that punishes erring judges that dish our verdicts without first serving a notice to the defendant to state its own side of the story!

It's like walking into a court and asking the judge to imprison someone without the person defending itself!

Pathetically,even the NBA that should be petitioning the CJN over the misconduct of it's judges are also embroiled in their own controversy!

Something needs to be done urgently about our judiciary before people start seeking self help!
