Yes I know it's a source of pride that Barcelona produces lots of talents from La Masia but we need established world class players to be consistent at the top. Our Lukewarm performances this season should tell you everything you need to know about our consistency.

Xavi had a good season last year. Yes we failed in the UCL but we were supposed to build on top of that solid year but this season has been a disaster in all levels. Players drastically losing there levels. Lots of injuries to key players at key moments in the season. Players that left last season weren't replaced or replaced with a very inferior option.

It is obvious the club planned very poorly and I blame them for everything. We can't keep saying we don't have money while other clubs out-distance us in quality of performance and accolades.

Xavi has already announced he'll be leaving at the end of the season. I don't understand exactly your fixation with that.

Bring another coach and plan your squad poorly, let the medical and fitness team be unable to keep players fit, you ain't achieving anything

The problem at FC Barcelona is a coaching problem. Any other arguments is just grasping at straws!

The problem at Barca is squad planning. From the executive's. Lack of foresight. The squad is grossly disjointed. Missing key figures in key areas. No single consistent dribbler .

You can always get a new coach but if your squad is designed poorly, you have a fundamental problem staring you in the face.

By next season, we'll get our 4th coach in 5 season. When will the merry go round end?

That's not a problem for us fans to worry about. Let the board worry about situations like this.

We're facing serious financial issues and the board, for me have done pretty well in creating a competitive squad for the manager.

Truth is, we actually have a better squad than teams like Inter or Leverkusen. But if we were to meet either of those teams today, we'll be here complaining about pressing and how average we look. Why? because they have a better coach.

I'm very impressed with the board considering our current situation. We need a good coach and of course, we should continue hiring and firing till we get it right. Xavi has been here 2.5 years. Let's give the new coach 2 years or another 2.5 years. No improvement? We sack him, appoint another till we get it right.
