Hmm naija.RIP to the dead. Lots of crazy drivers in Nigeria. It's when I got to the US that I knew, Nigerians don't know how to drive, no single precaution, and no iota of humanity in most of the drivers. Vehicle can never stop for pedestrian in Nigeria, and the pedestrian too always in a hurry, not minding their life.

Hmmm .... man crushed to death by truck reversing. Who do we blame?... the man?.... the truck driver? .... the FG? First I'll lame the FG ... then the man ... and thirdly ... the truck driver. The FG ... for not making it a law for all commercial vehicles/trucks to have a "horn" sounding when the vehicle is put in reverse gear. If this was the case... his life may have been saved. Secondly... the man. Some people live in their own world... unaware of their surroundings... how can he not notice or hear the truck? ... and didn't anyone alert him? Maybe he was one "plugged in" ... ones who wear headphones listening to loud music and drowning out any outside sound. Thirdly... the driver ... if he did not heck to see if the way was clear before reversing. As a truck driver.... a back up camera is wayyy better than the back up horn. From experience.... something is wrong with people. People would see you get into the parked truck ... start the engine... then they will go stand right behind the truck ... I'll sound horn... rev the engine.... move back a little ... and they still are not aware.... until I get out and let them know they're in the way. If it weren't for the back up camera.... the same can happen. People just need to be aware of their surroundings.

RIP to Gbolahan Aina, he was a colleague at office we are disheartened by the sad news, may God console his family and loved ones.
