Honestly, we are better than this.

Back in the day in the East, we had government-treated drinking water channelled into our homes. Those who built houses connected their houses to waterboard pipes that ran across neighbourhoods throughout the state.

I thought I was going to see that when I opened this thread. I didn't know I would see kids fetching water outside their compounds. Are we going forward or backwards in this part of the world?
