We are in the middle of March now and nothing has heen heard about the refinery since the first batch of production in February. The question is who did they sell the first batch of refined products to and at what rates? Experts in the house, what's going on?

NNPC and thus the Nigerian government and people has about 20% stake in it.
So it's our right to know.
Besides,the crude oil NNPC sold to the refinery should be accounted for.
You cannot buy crude oil from NNPC at suspected discounted price and maybe in Naira dedicated for refining products,then go to the backyard and sell it at the international market for a profit(Just hypothesis).

NNPC has got 20% share not FG and remember NNPC is not even solenly owned by the FG, it's now a privately owned company with other share holders as well as FG.

So no FG doesn't have 20%.
And even the 20% owned by NNPC doesn't give them right to call the shots....
