Apologies for Service Interruption At HQ

Dear Esteemed Customers,

We wish to inform you that our head office shall not be open for business today due to the unwarranted strike action by one of our in-house labour unions.

Customers can however access our services via our online payment platforms from the comfort of their homes on Kaduna Electric Customer Core app, quickteller, buypower, irecharge on www.quickteller.com, www.buypower.ng and www.irecharge.ng respectively. Our services are also available on Opay, Ruabam POS, MTN MoMo agents, Pay4Power, CoralPay and GTBank.

Customers can also visit our other offices and cssh centres spread across various neighbourhoods in Kaduna to lodge complaints, make inquiries or purchase meter tokens.

We sincerely apologise for all inconveniences caused.
