I thought he already signed the bill? Why is he sending the bill to Reps again?

Why repeal the entire thing and start afresh? Why not amend the sections he doesn't want?

It's a non existent situation. TinubuShet won't give any student loans. It is clear to see. Unless youths raise up noise, he will throw it under the carpet. The purpose is just to quell youth noise which is already achieved by youth silence and acceptance of his government

If you cant see that this Tinubu and his gang are empty baralles that came to loot, destroy and ravage the nation then you have a problem.

You're an illiterate, amending a bill or law does not stop the operationality of the bill. You can amend a law as many times as is neccessary.

He's not amending the act but repealing it. That's why I created this thread to know why. Why repeal the entire thing and start afresh? Why not amend the sections you don't want?

What he signed was an ACT to create/establish the bill. Now the bill has been created and sent to HoR for deliberation and onward transmission to the Senate for Adoption, before he will finally signed it for take off.

He repealed the current one he signed.

So, i found that he did that to accomodate changes to the procedures of the loan and and to expand the project to accomodate credit scheme and youth unemployment benefits. It would be launched as soon as it passes the second reading. What problem do you have with the bill?

When we said the bill was dead on arrival, people think we just want to criticize the government. How on earth do u think that bill will work in Nigeria? I even Overated them by saying it will only work for just a year. The thing no even start at all.

Don't expect anything from that man in Aso Rock. His intentions are not genuine. If you see things from this perspective, it will save you a lot of headache.
