Between Buying A House And Building One? by peterdrury: 6:47pm On Mar 19 |
Good day, I'm in a dielema between building a house and buying one. I come from a place where land is very expensive, especially in the good and developed areas. I dont live there and am very far from home. The land and area of choice could could cost me almost 10m. I want to own a property, so many persons have kicked against me buying a house, completed or uncompleted. They suggest i should build mine. The major reasons is that I don't know the history or information on how the foundation was made. Experts in the house, whats the best solution for me? 1 Like |

One of the main benefits of building a house is that you have more control over the design and features of the house. You can customize the layout to your specific needs and preferences, and choose high-quality materials to ensure that the house is built to last. Ultimately, the decision to build or buy a house will depend on your budget, your goals, and your personal preferences. If you have the financial means and are willing to take on the challenges of building a house, it can be a rewarding investment that pays off in the long run. However, if you’re looking for a more affordable and hassle-free option, buying a house may be a better choice. 1 Like 1 Share |
