The story isn't clear, how can soldiers killed almost 20 people in a community and nobody can get a single picture or video of the incident in the community. You just murder sleep by killing the 17 soldiers that was meant to restore peace. I wonder how a civilian can stop or decide for a military personal if they want to go with the chiefs

If soldiers were already killing you, how come we didn't see it on the news, at least, on social media before the ambush? If soldiers were already killing you, they wouldn't have been so relaxed to be easily ambused like that!

Proper investigations ought to have commenced, both to fish out the killers of the soldiers, and if the allegations of extrajudicial killings by soldiers are true.

When you listen to the audio that is transcribed into this story, you will know that the author of the video is so daft that he thinks other Nigerians are a s daft as he is.

The soldiers opened fire in the Town Hall just like that? And as someone said, no one iin the whole community had a phone or a device to record.

So, after the soldiers opened fire, perhaps, the community now decided to kill them or what?

So many flaws in the whole story but of course people are reacting based on emotions as it is typical of Nigerians.

What kind of story is this? This fake and incomplete story has been going round, obviously, it was concocted to deceive the public.
How can the same story be given by different persons without any change of narrative?

If the military is professional in their conduct and not entitled, why will they resort to reprisal on a community?

FYI, those people cannot attack the military without provocation.
I'm sure what they did must have been unbearable for the attack to have happened.
Everyone condemned the killing but the military should stop whitewashing their unprofessional behaviors.

Its reported that the soldiers went there first and attacked 2 times before they were ambushed. It’s indeed and unfortunate situation. May the souls of the dead rest in peace.

When Isreal was bombing every inch of Gaza just because of the actions of few Hamas insurgents, majority of the hypocrites condemning the actions of the Nigerian Army today were supporting Isreal to continue the genocide. To them every one residing in Gaza are all terrorists so Isreal's action to bomb everyone was justifiable.


Now the tables have turned and the Nigerian Army are ready to do what Isreal is doing in Gaza. A dozen or more soldiers were murdered in cold blood but you hypocrites wants the army to look for the killers and not make the whole community pay.

If you can support what Isreal is doing by punishing every Palestinian for the offense of few Hamas agent, then the Nigerian Army should as well wipe out the whole community and make them suffer for the sins of the few killers.

Not clear at all. How come no one heard about this so called civilian massacre until the soldiers were killed. This story sounds cooked up.

The villagers may have gone beyond their boundary but the military should have insisted on getting only the culprits.

The military resorted to indiscriminate killing and arson. Does that show discipline and humanity? I wish they would do that to fulani terrorists.

When Nigeria security operatives want to have their way, they lie. That is not new. What would be new is when they tell the truth which is rare.

Though Nigerian soldiers are very uncultured and worse than wild beasts,how is possible for soldiers to just open fire on the community members, without any form of provocation?
