How can this many children be out of school and we think Nigeria will progress?

During Bush's time as U.S president, there was a slogan, "No child left behind", which meant getting all kids in school.

Juxtapose that with Nigeria.

Anambra template should be studied and emulated by the the rest of Nigerian States. They're doing great in that area.

This is a shame

Even majority of out of school kids in the South South region are from the north

They are everywhere in the south eating food for dustbins

SW has the highest in the South

SE has the lowest in Nigeria

He encouraged all the Anglican and Catholic schools and other private schools in the State that model is being replicated all over SE . Government being involved in both private and public educational institution.
