There’s nothing in Canada to begin with. I live in the United States and that’s the only place I will live besides Nigeria. After I’m done with the USA, I’m going back to Nigeria. Nigeria is better than Canada or Europe.

It's their fault... They have been letting in too many people without proper consultation with provincial councils regarding housing and employment.

Well, they are doing the needful now... Things are now under check. This news is blowing it out of proportion anyway.

Canada has the Land mass and space to house an entire nation of immigrants, but they haven't been building enough.

They also need skilled workers in a lot of provinces... That one is a huge fact.


In the future, those who have Canada as a destination should ensure their qualifications and skills are the right ones needed there, and they have enough working experience to be accepted.

Nah... Canada lets in people from all over the world.

Every nation has a quota depending on the skills.

They have simply not been paying attention to the housing needs of their nation.

They have started doing that now, hence the need to put a halt on immigration, till they sort that out.

Once that is sorted, they will resume again.

Canada has a high need for skilled immigrants. Facts.

However, in future, they might have to be stricter with regards to number of those allowed in... They might even put a cap in number of dependants to be brought along.

So, it will be easier for young and single people or newly wedded people to come in than those older and with bigger family size.

Everything is about voting and tribalism to you. Is it everyone that Japa took part in the elections? By the way, do you even know some of them don't have permanent voters card? Election has gone and you need to move on. Let everyone carry his or her cross to make their lives better.
