ELITE SPECIALIST CARE is a domiciliary care (not a care home) provider that offers high quality home care services to individuals in their own home and local community.

As part of Harrow Carers charity organization we are dedicated to supporting Carers who look after their loved ones. We provide professionally trained and experienced Care Support Workers, to take over the caring role for the unpaid Carer to have a break.

We also assist individuals living on their own, who require home care
and other support services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend the homes of families and perform duties as specified in the care plan.

Personal care tasks; including support with dressing and continence care.

Meal Preparation; preparing light meals, snacks and drinks.

Domestic Tasks; light cleaning and supporting with shopping activities.

Companionship; providing emotional support and assistance with activities.

Reporting; Recording any relevant information regarding the Clients care & Wellbeing.

Confidentiality; Ensure all information on clients and their families remain secure and confidential.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

Experience with working with children/adults

Experience/ knowledge about Autism

Experience with knowing how deal with challenging behaviour

Reliable, Enthusiastic & Passionate

Great People Skills

Caring Nature

Flexible & Adaptable

Great Communication & Time Management Skills

Desire to make a difference to the lives of people in the local community
Applicants who have care experience are particularly welcome, but full training will be given to applicants new to care.
