Why is your state, Kano, not hooked to national grid?, APGA mocks Ganduje

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), has taken a swipe at the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji
Abdullahi Ganduje, for saying that Anambra State was stunted for 18 years because it is being governed by a regional party( APGA)

The former Kano State Governor who stated this at the weekend in Nnewi, Anambra State, called on the people of Anambra State to hook to the national grid by electing an APC governor in the 2025 poll in the state.

Reacting to the development on Sunday, the National Coordinator of APGA Media Warriors Forum, Chinedu Obigwe, described Ganduje as living in a fool's paradise.

Obigwe said, "I will state without mincing words that Ganduje that is popularly known as Gandollar is living in fool's paradise.

"Anambra electorate will humiliate him in 2025 by thwarting his evil plan to foist the clueless person on them.

"The most annoying part of 'Gandollar' ranting is his senseless claim that Anambra under APGA is not making expected progress.

"Ganduje that was talking about Anambra, governed Kano State on the platform of APC for 8years but the people of Kano rejected his plan to foist a successor on them and voted for NNPP.

"So what he was unable to do in Kano is what he is he hoping that they can do in Anambra. Wonders shall never end!

"Kano electorate rejected Ganduje gospel of connecting to the centre and voted for NNPP in the last 2023 election.
That singular action of Kano electorate stripped Ganduje of the moral justification to preach the useless gospel of connecting to the centre anywhere in Nigeria.

Obigwe said all that Ganduje said at Nnewi against APGA portrayed him as a shameless politician.

Obigwe further said,"He should ask Malam Buni that was APC Caretaker Committee Chairman about what he saw in the hands of Anambra electorate in 2021. He should also ask Hope Uzodimma that led Andy Uba campaign in that election.

"Anambra is not a state imported politicians like Ganduje can dictate to their electorate.

"The good people of Anambra are happy with APGA governance of the state for 18years and they will continue voting for the party without minding whose ox is gored.

"Anambra recorded tremendous progress under the watch of APGA Governors. An adage says that when a road is good, you follow the road the second time.

"This is exactly what Anambra electorate are doing with APGA because the party is living up to their expectations.

"Governor Soludo is obviously the best Governor in the history of Anambra State creation. So anybody coming to Anambra to preach the useless gospel of connecting to the centre is wasting his or her time.

"APC-led Federal government knows this, hence the reason they brought Governor Soludo closer to be tapping from his God- given talents and wealth of experience.

The APGA media chief added,"Under 2years, Governor Soludo did for Anambra people what Ganduje failed to do for Kano people during his 8years reign as their Governor and that is the main reason Anambra people will discard Ganduje Nnewi ranting.

"The prayer of Anambra people is for Governor Soludo to be re elected in 2025 so that they will continue enjoying his administration's delivery of dividends of good governance in their state till 2030.
No vacancy in Anambra State till 2030."

Politicians and their political talk no concern me.
I have since stopped supporting political parties, my support is for any politician with a good heart. Until Nigerians start looking beyond the vehicles each politician is riding on and rather look at individualism, it will be impossible to elect someone who will help turn Nigeria to a country of our dreams.

Gandollar wants to hook Anambra State to the national grid, but his own state, where he was the immediate past governor, is not hooked to the national grid.

Is that not hypocrisy of the highest order?
