I have never been to Koje but there is Osun in Ere as well and it is different from Koje. Osun flows into Osun. Water bodies are deified mainly because it means you can produce food even if there is no rain and that is enough to offer them sacrifice. It is a sensible practice.

Folks like Elebuibon, Peter Fatomilola, Saheed Osupa have concrete Ifa chants if you need folks to listen to.

even Fatomilola is a fake. He did an interview recently where he was just chatting crap. Just because you know some ifa verses does not make you a babalawo no matter how expert your recitation is.
