A telecom company with an office in the Sangotedo Ajah area of Lagos is looking for an online customer service representative.

Job Description/Responsibility


- Perform online daily tasks based on assigned work plans.
- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails and chats
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.


Educational Requirements

BSc/BA in relevant discipline

Additional Job Requirements

- At least 1 year of proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- He/she must be innovative and able to think out of the box.
- Must be a decision maker.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Should reside in Lagos within Ajah, Sangotedo and Awoyaya axis
