I'm pained right now and I really need help to know how to go about this issue.

Precisely 2 days ago, at midnight, I received a debit alert of N137, 579.28 from my Fidelity Bank account with the description "
Desc:SIRECOVERY/137579.28/NGN (NIGERIAN NAIRA)AT1/".
Immediately, I searched for their customer care number, and called. On responding, the agent told me that based on the description, that it could be that I borrowed loan sometime ago, and the company involved had withdrawn the loan back.
I told her I didnt borrow any loan from the bank, and all my previous loans I have paid them FULLY. I am not sure of what she is saying, that she should check it properly. She said, it may be that since I linked my BVN, that gives them access into any account I own.
Honestly, I am pained. It's just two days earlier before this incident, I transferred over 150k into this same Fidelity account(the highest amount ever saved in the account). Or is that they have seen the increased amount and the bank workers decided to play a fast on me
Because, I have other accounts in different banks that have higher amount than this, how come the loan company didn't use BVN to withdraw the loan from those accounts
Please, how can I go ahead to recover my money? I cannot loose this huge amount in this kind of economy, under the guise of loan recovery
Who can I report this to? Because, I am suspecting fowlplay within the bank.

I can tell you that I am NOT OWING ANY LOAN COMPANY such amount and/or any amount less.

They should be able to give you details of the beneficiary or the corresponding credit transaction..

I will advise you to send them emails for record purposes. This can never be denied, unlike telephone conversations.
Narration is not enough..it could be a wrong narration.

Some of una when collect FG covid 19 loan or NYIF or waytin be the name, it's time for you pple to start paying the FG back. Some FG loans where disburse like 200-250-300 up to 500k, many pple collected it never thought of paying back.

You need to go back to your bank, let them give you a detailed description of the transaction that took place.

Nigeria Data security is still not good ...that was how I receive a call from a so call recovery lawyer from out of the blues ...and I have never borrowed money with my firms name ... unfortunately the line cut before he could state his business and he has refuse to tell me what he is recovering, recently checked my credit score it was in a bad place, I am like the maximum money I have borrowed all my life from any institution is not more than the minimum wage... I don't understand the purpose of a credit score without details.

I didn't receive any loan from the Federal Government.

1.You need to search yourself properly to be sure you don't owe any loan company.

2. Contact your bank via e mail so that you have evidence.

3. If you are not satisfied with bank investigation, copy cbn frau unit.

Have you been able to recover the money. I just had same description of debit from fidelity bank too.
