Tinubu Must Make DNA Compulsory. He Will Win Re-election Easily. by Dogalmighty17(op): 11:25pm On Mar 24, 2024
Imagine this embarrassing rubbish. How did we get here as a country? Nigeria is the second highest country dealing with paternity fraud. What is the Senate and House of Representatives doing?
Why are the same churches that make HIV and pregnancy tests compulsory before the wedding not demanding for DNA testing before child dedication? This fraud has to be stopped!

It is in the front page already. But here is the link.

Customary Marriage Laws in Nigeria insist that every child born into a marriage belongs to the man. Yes, those very same traditional marriage laws that allow a man to have as many wives as he pleases equally presume that every child born into that marriage by the man's wives belongs to the man. To contest the paternity of any child, the man would need to exit that marriage to even attempt such. Under Customary Marriage Law, there is no such thing as paternity fraud, and so men who pretend to be victims of such, all while married under the same, do so in ignorance. undecided

Paternity fraud can only be claimed by those married under the marriage act/statutory marriage in Nigeria. The Nigerian government does not stop those married under statutory laws from suing as it is in their right to do so. lipsrsealed

What is "embarrassing" about that? Abi you think say e start today, so stop behaving shocked! If you find out your baby mama/wife is a perpetrator of paternity fraud, feel free to sue her and get your lawyer to commit to seeking financial compensation on your behalf,

E sure me die, that the Catholic Church would do no such as a prerequisite for any child brought before the Priest for baptism.
