The man is a pariah in the North. He has zero political clout or presence. Just look at the 10 to 15 people gathered around him. Imagine if that was Atiku, BAT or Kwakwansiyas, the crowd at that location go reach like 2,000 people and upward.

All this won't give Peter Obi 2027. Nigerians are too attached to their tribes. You need influential politicians (structures) to convince their people to vote for you.

Also, Peter Obi needs a party with a robust platform like the PDP to get structures across Nigeria campaigning for him. Winning a presidential election in a country of 220 million people is a lot of work.

I saw people celebrating the new young president of Senegal. The population of Senegal is even smaller than that of Lagos State.
