helinues:I am sure you know nothing about Kano. In all of Hausa land, Kano people are the proudest. So, it makes sense if they typically don't fancy living elsewhere. Have you heard of the saying by Kano people "Kano Ta dabo Cigari, Kano tumbin giwa, Ko dame kazo an fika." Basically, what it means is that there's nothing you won't find in Kano. No matter what you bring to Kano, you will find that there's someone has it more than you. It's an old saying by Kano people. 1 Like |

Re: Statistics: Percentage Of The Population Living In Their State Of Origin by Abagworo(m): 8:23pm On Mar 29 |
Imo State cannot be 96% living in their State. Maybe 65% to 70% very close to Anambra. |

Re: Statistics: Percentage Of The Population Living In Their State Of Origin by MadamExcellency: 8:36pm On Mar 29 |
It's a shame that none of the people commenting understood the statistics. It's saying that in Lagos State the percentage of indigenes to settlers is 20%. It doesn't mean that the main indigenous people are away. Likewise, nonindigenes in Anambra State are more than 30% when compared to indigenes from the State. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Re: Statistics: Percentage Of The Population Living In Their State Of Origin by Nedu05: 8:41pm On Mar 29 |
Abagworo: Always attaching your imo state to Anambra. What’s actually wrong with you? How can you say that imo state figure is close to that of Anambra ? How many non indigenes do you have in imo state compare to Anambra that’s like the economic headquarters and the Lagos of the eastern Nigerian. 1 Like |
Re: Statistics: Percentage Of The Population Living In Their State Of Origin by Nedu05: 8:45pm On Mar 29 |
Anambra is the economic giant and the most strategic state in igboland, that’s why it has by far the most population of non indigenes |
Re: Statistics: Percentage Of The Population Living In Their State Of Origin by Obi1kenobi(m): 8:49pm On Mar 29 |
This is not well articulated. Does this mean: 1) Percentage of residents of a state that are indigenes of that state (e.g percentage of Anambra residents who are indigenes of Anambra) 2) Percentage of indigenes of a state who reside in their state of origin (e,g percentage of Anambra indigenes who reside in Anambra) |
Re: Statistics: Percentage Of The Population Living In Their State Of Origin by MadamExcellency: 8:53pm On Mar 29 |
Abagworo: Imo people are just living outside of the LGA and full in Owerri. The Stats is correct +/- 5% for Imo State 2 Likes |
Re: Statistics: Percentage Of The Population Living In Their State Of Origin by Obi1kenobi(m): 8:53pm On Mar 29 |
Either way, the stats look like nonsense. There's little difference between Anambra, Enugu and Imo in terms of percentage of non-indigenes in each state. Not enough difference to account for 2 of those states having 90-something percent while Anambra is around 60%. |

helinues:This man stop confusing yourself. First you said the whole statistics Was bunkum because it did not go the way you expected, that it does not matter the source of the statistics . Now you are saying that only Lagos figures are correct & other state's figures are bunkum basing your opinion from that same statistics which you earlier claimed doesn't matter. You accept the statistics for Lagos as stated from the source but reject the figures for all other states as stated by that same sourcr. Guy I think you are really sick. You need help urgently this man |
Re: Statistics: Percentage Of The Population Living In Their State Of Origin by helinues: 9:08pm On Mar 29 |
