Ojukwu was creating an army, police etc, Gowon didn't send troops, it was Nigerians in Ore, Asaba, that were complaining and threatening to resort to violence on their own that made Gowon react. The Biafra war documentaries and interviews are everywhere...if you think there is anything that happened contrary to what I said, please point it to me.

Oga Olukwu want Ghana with Gowon they agreed on Aburi but when Ojukwu came back to Nigeria Gowon refused to honor the agreement Easterners told Ojukwu to declare Biafra the world BIAFRA was from an Ijaw man that named Eastern region Biafra Gowon being the controller of Nigeria Army declared war on the Eastern region, the Nigeria Army first came to East and started killing. So I don't know where you got your own history people that fought for Biafra many are still alive

nonsense okoro lies. see okoro no mention ore and asaba invasion...if really nigeria army made the first move biafra wont be able to advance to ore..it would have been blocked off...but Biafrans strolled into ore without any resistance because Nigeria has not sent in its troops at that point.
