1)Never use the same phone number for WhatsApp and BVN/loan app. This can also save you from hackers and robbers.

2) BLOCK YOUR ATM CARD that was linked in registering on the loan apps. That's the way they can withdraw from your account.

3)Do not use your main account for loan apps or go and open another bank account for your family and business transactions.

4)Do not install or use loan apps on a smartphone filled with personal pictures/videos or Lock the gallery in Vault and privacy folders.

5) UNINSTALL the apps immediately the funds are received in your account. Copy their payback account details on a note. Do not wait to default, they run mad even before defaulting.

6) If you have not borrowed from them please hurry up and go collect as much money as possible. Let's welcome them to Naija.

Some said that even if you prevent this laon people from getting your information for embarrassment , they can still withdrew your money with your bvn through the help of CBN only if you have delayed enough to pay back the loan .
N.O capital letter NO, they can't
Withdrawal from account is authorised by you when they ask you to bind ATM card.

The solution is to BLOCK THE CARD and UNINSTALL their apps after receiving the funds.
Then use TRUECALLER app to block spam calls. All their numbers are spam numbers.
They can't do sh"t

I have never borrowed money from them, infact I have never ever contemplated doing so, but that there are very large numbers of poor people in Nigeria is a fact. The West will never tolerate such ridiculous interest rates because they understand that the vulnerability of the poor can be exploited and that is how they manage to sanitise their society. You remember the kidney saga of Ekweremadu's daughter? You are not allowed to sell your kidney there because the rich can exploit the poor man's vulnerability if it is allowed. In Nigeria, you will typically hear people say did anyone force them to sell their kidney? That is exactly the same way you are thinking. That is the difference between them and us. While they are capable of identifying certain disgusting business ventures as exploitative and immoral, we think money can be made at all cost. That is why our young men and women are always running in droves to their countries because we have thrown away conscience and morals to the wind.
This struck home hard. You're speaking the truth.

I know some people are desperate ly in need for help and the poverty level of society doesn't give them much options but some of them are using the funds for silly things.

If its food drugs or rent I can understand but phone birthday clothes or clubbing. That person is a clown.

Well said though.

Keep quiet there. The fact that life never hit you hard to collect loans does not mean others can't when they don't have other means
If you take a loan then make sure you pay it back, don't say because life is hitting you therefore you will not repay a loan you took yourself

This is what we want. Teach them a lesson. Like this, 5 apps and they’ll threaten and defame but they won’t get a dime.
Contacts bring anything to my notice of defamation, I will wave it away. There’s one thing they can’t do, and that is to take one’s life. So why should you bother?

MichaelSokoto:
Long story!

Me I keep my real contacts on d fone...

Na me dey call loan shark agent dey give am d ppl dey suppose call for my head!

Then later called her to demand for money.

As a sharp girl wey we don train well well grin cheesy

She said that girl is dead oo. Infact loan people posted her obituary on Facebook and Twitter.

The mofo on the other side of the line kept mute.

If you’ve an iPhone, place your calls on “if any number isn’t saved as a contact, it’ll go to voicemail and you use Truecaller to find if it is Spam.” Simply stop taking their calls. And if you already used your WhatsApp number, just change it. They can’t do anything to you, only try to threaten you with shaming. Me? I have no shame especially when the country is so hard.
