The only issue with the laptop is the speaker that is not audible. It needs to be replaced or you can continue using it by connecting to Bluetooth speaker when playing music.

I can see you're a graphic designer. Does this PC still run Photoshop, illustrator, etc? What's the specific Mac OS?

Yes, I am a graphic designer and I also use the PC for video editing using Premiere pro (not really heavy editing that involves a lot of GB). It works perfectly with Adobe products.
