Falana should just respect himself and avoid this matter for now. Why can't the Nigerian Army declare them wanted?

Falana want them to wipe out a battalion first. Everybody feeling funky in their own area of influence. People kill soldiers, dismembered their hearts.

You still dey call them suspect. Law studies has run Falana mad las las. Even perpetrators of that act don’t refer to themselves as suspect lol.

What section of the law is Falana quoting here?. the Defence Headquarters has statutory mandate to declare terrorists, criminals and enemies of state wanted and even arrest them.

personally I think declaring them wanted isn't a bad thing.
Secondly even if the world world sees you kill someone, you are a suspected killer until proven in the law court

That's not how it worked I believe, even if they were caught, they are still suspected killers, only the law court judgement will change that title.
It's been debated on NL before where a guy killed a lady who went to look for a job, they termed in suspected killer even when the case was still in court before the court passed a judgement, I also know of a lady that killed a CEO here on NL, she was called suspected killer
