Former US President Donald Trump has announced his intentions for an unprecedented crackdown on illegal immigration if re-elected to the White House. Speaking at a rally in Grand Rapids on Tuesday, Trump declared his plan to launch what he called "the biggest deportation operation in American history."

The crowd erupted into cheers as Trump outlined his strategy. "On day one, I will seal the border," he proclaimed, amidst chants of "Build that wall!" from supporters. "And we'll begin the largest domestic deportation operation in the history of our country."

But Trump didn't stop there. He also addressed the issue of other countries refusing to take back individuals deported from the United States. "If other countries say they won't take them back, I will say, 'Yeah. Here they come. Hold onto your britches, 'cause they're coming back.'"

The announcement comes as a stark contrast to the immigration policies of the Biden administration, which have focused on a more lenient approach towards undocumented immigrants, particularly those brought to the country as children.
