Yes but in APC, oshiomhole would have managed him better or suppressed him..you can see how he managed powerful men like iyamu,odubu,osagie,imasuen,agba,profs osunbor,ihonvbere etc. shuaibu has always been rugged and rebellious right from his school days na.oshiomhole used him in the assembly to counter anenih and pdp impeachment moves and then sent him to reps.he is a small version of wike.obaseki cannot manage him,he is intolerant.see how he foolishly picked governor and running mate from his camp abd expect unity,same mistake dickson made in bayelsa.

This is very sad for Philip Shuibu. He should humble himself and apologize to Governor Obaseki. He is still very young with prospect. If this impeachment is passed, his political career is gone in Edo State.

I doubt if Obaseki would listen to him, best thing is to just resign.

Of course. The idea is to rubbish him politically. And also to preventing him from getting anything accrueable to him as a former deputy governor eg lifelong pension, gratuity, DSS protection, free state sponsored health care for him and his family, houses, state paid domestic and office staff, change of SUV's evry three years or so, etc.
