We all know election petition is a very technical and difficult case in Nigeria to prosecute...just that one would expect the petitioners not to be repeating many of these little technical mistakes such as the one in quote.

With loads of election petitions we all followed in the aftermath of 2023 elections, myself wey no be lawyer don know say you have to list your witness and front load your witness statement and evidence so that the defence counsel will have access to it before proceedings.

The judge still admitted the witness anyway.

Am from Kogi State and possibly older than Yahaya Bello.. He is nothing but a disaster to Kogi State!!! Buying houses in ABUJA just like his late processor, Audu Abubakar.

It is my prayer Tribunal saves Kogi state from Yahaya Bello and APC and,gives us a governor like Alex! Somebody who will dredge Lokoja river and turn it into mini port!

Remove him! Very useless guy. But he scored 100% in security.

Yahaya was rugged with security, but he's a failure on many important areas. He couldn't even pay salaries.
